  2023-02-06

Patients with ADA-SCID may experience autoimmune AEs after SCT (and/or during ERT) that are thought to be related to immune dysregulation prior to achieving complete immune reconstitution. The more common autoimmune manifestations include hemolytic anemia, hypothyroidism, and immune thrombocytopenia

Discussion Myopathic EMG changes are frequently detected in patients with MuSK MG, unlike in AChR MG patients [10]. However, these EMG changes are not always accompanied by myopathic histopathological findings. It has been shown that mitochondrial abnormalities seem to be more prominent in MuSK M

  2023-02-06

As mentioned above, variation of the A-ring was undertaken in order to improve microsomal stability and kinase selectivity relative to Fluorescein RNA (). 1-Imidazole-2-carboxamides with substitution at the 4-position (–) were mostly tolerated with 4-cyano-imidazole-2-carboxamide () having comparab

  2023-02-06

Recent studies have demonstrated significant cross-talk between XRCC1 (a key player in glutathione reductase excision repair (BER) and single strand break repair) and DDR [30], [31], [32]. ATM and DNA-PKcs are known to be involved in the phosphorylation of XRCC1 to promote BER [30], [31]. We have re

  2023-02-06

Ataxia–telangiectasia and Rad3 related as a therapeutic target Several concerns revolving around functional inhibition of ATR have hindered the exploitation of ATR as therapeutic target in cancer therapy and delayed the development of specific ATR kinase inhibitors. It was anticipated that pharma

  2023-02-06

The presence of crown-like structures and inflammatory factors in the breast of obese patients is associated with considerable changes in intracellular signaling and a profound cellular dysfunction. Secreted pro-inflammatory factors can directly promote breast carcinogenesis as they have been report

Concluding remarks It is clear that a disordered l-arginine homeostasis by changes in arginase, NOS and ADMA activity and expression, is not only vital in the chronic airway diseases, abscisic acid and COPD, but also seems to play an important role in many co-morbidities. Unknown, however, is wh

  2023-02-06

Introduction The development and plasticity of synapses involve the timely recruitment of a plethora of proteins on both pre- and postsynaptic sides through ill-defined mechanisms. At excitatory synapses, two of the major proteins that are dynamically recruited postsynaptically are the Ca2+/calmo
